Activity / Cooperation with Insurers
Compando.ch GmbH mediates insurance, pension, and financial solutions and works for this purpose with various insurance companies, pension funds, and qualified partners licensed in Switzerland. Compando.ch GmbH handelt im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeit unabhängig und orientiert sich an den Bedürfnissen der Kundinnen und Kunden. Compando.ch GmbH nimmt grundsätzlich keine Versicherungsprämien im Namen von Versicherungsunternehmen entgegen.
Compensation
Compando.ch GmbH acts on behalf of its customers and concludes cooperation agreements with insurance companies, pension funds, banks, and other product partners in order to be able to mediate suitable solutions.
At Compando.ch GmbH, income is limited to commissions, brokerage fees, and other compensation in connection with the consulting, mediation, administration, and support services offered, such as, in particular, obtaining quotes, mediating contracts, and the ongoing support of existing solutions.
For example, in the area of health insurance, these amount to up to CHF 70 per insured person for KVG products, up to 16 monthly premiums for VVG products per completed product, as well as ongoing portfolio compensation of up to 20%. In the area of motor vehicle insurance, the compensation amounts to up to 10%; for liability, legal protection, property, business interruption, building, transport , construction, technology, and private customer insurance up to 15%. In the area of mandatory accident insurance (UVG), these amount to 3 to 6%; for daily sickness benefit insurance 5 to 7%; for BVG solutions 5 to 9% of the risk and cost premium; for life insurance and disability pensions 2 to 4%; and in the area of mortgages and financing 0.1 to 1%.
Cantonal mandatory insurance is partly not compensated.
Any commissions, brokerage fees, portfolio compensation, and additional remuneration are fundamentally due to the customer. The customer is hereby informed and expressly waives being separately informed by Compando.ch GmbH about the exact amount of the commissions, brokerage fees, portfolio compensation, and additional remuneration received in individual cases and expressly waives corresponding claims for surrender against Compando.ch GmbH and its partner companies to the legally permissible extent.
This also applies to any commissions, brokerage fees, portfolio compensation, and additional remuneration still paid after the conclusion of the contract or after termination of the customer relationship.

Education and Training
The persons entrusted with consulting and mediation have the necessary skills, knowledge, and the legally prescribed education and training according to the applicable provisions.
